First and foremost let’s open a truly transparent dialog regarding “corporate speak” or “jargon.” If we can take a deep dive into this robust phenomenon and form a strategic partnership, perhaps we can move the needle on this plague of American culture. I’d really like to gain some traction on this and perhaps develop enough synergy to encourage the development of the team that will create enough touch points to raise the bar, which results in a game changer. Realizing that irregardless is not even a word, we hear it when we circle back and do our due diligence. I am not suggesting we need to pivot or do heavy lifting. Nor will it require a magic bullet. We might not need to boil the ocean if we empower the team by creating a paradigm shift. Top-of-the-mind bandwidth should lead the team to pull the trigger on a fully baked-plan of action.
So there you have my outside-the-box thinking and description of my pet peeve, and you know whom I refer to; let’s pull the trigger and run with it. This might be mission-critical. Your comments are most welcome, and I’ll try to stay in my lane moving forward..
